Monday Made It!

Hey there everyone!

This is my first project that I have done for the upcoming school year. Which starts in 25 days! I can't believe it!

I have been working on re-purposing my stool that I use at my podium.

I started by sanding down my stool. I picked my favorite color of spray paint and when to town on the legs. I then got some fabric and foam from Hobby Lobby and stapled everything together. I love how it turned out!

This now matches my rocking chair and pillow! So excited to see it in my classroom. 

Reality & Monday Made-It

Oh My Goodness. 

Next week I am going back to school to work on my room. I not so sure I am ready for this yet! For one reason mainly...

this little guy right here!

He just turned 2 months on Saturday (today he is 9 weeks old!)

I can't believe how fast this summer has gone! I am really excited to start working on my room but sad to leave my little guy...so bittersweet!

Below I have a sample of what my lesson plan template looks like for this year. I have decided to go back to the original looking lesson plan template with all 5 days together. Last year I had one day per page. This will definitely help save paper!

Monday Made It & Currently!

I finally did a Monday Made It! I am linking up with 4th Grade Frolics and I am so excited to share what I made.{Shout out to Pinterest for my idea!!}

What you need:

- Magnetic cookie sheet

- Magnet buttons (found at Wal-Mart)

- Hot Glue gun

- Ribbon (3 yards allows for a little left over)

Hot glue everything on. This is a picture of what the back looks like! (I hope it holds!)

Ta Da! Finished! A "Where Are You" tracker! Love it!
